适用范围 / Scope
本政策适用于 Tap Forward的 Mac、Apple Watch、iPhone App，以及 tapfwd.app 网站。“我们”指 Tap Forward 开发者。
This policy covers the Tap Forward apps for Mac, Apple Watch and iPhone, and the tapfwd.app website. “We” means the developer of Tap Forward.
App 的数据与权限 / App data and permissions
Tap Forward 无需注册开发者账户。翻页等控制功能通过设备间的蓝牙低功耗（BLE）通信实现；部分 Watch 与 iPhone 协同功能使用 Apple 的 WatchConnectivity。连接时会处理设备名称、本地设备标识、配对记录、连接状态及控制指令。绑定信息与操作偏好保存在设备本地，用于识别已配对设备、恢复连接和记住设置，不用于广告跟踪。Mac 上的设备控制／辅助功能权限用于发送按键、指针及相关控制操作，不用于读取或上传演示文稿内容。蓝牙权限用于发现和连接附近设备。
Tap Forward does not require a developer account. Presentation controls use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) between devices; some Watch–iPhone features use Apple WatchConnectivity. The app processes device names, local device identifiers, pairing records, connection state and control commands. Bindings and preferences are stored locally to recognize paired devices, reconnect and remember settings, not for advertising tracking. Device Control/accessibility permissions on Mac are used to send keyboard, pointer and related control actions, not to read or upload presentation content. Bluetooth permission is used to discover and connect nearby devices.

当前 App 不含广告或第三方行为分析 SDK，不出售个人信息，不将控制指令或配对信息上传至开发者服务器。App 不以收集通讯录、照片、麦克风录音或精确位置为功能目的。系统可能在设备上保存运行与故障日志；这些日志不会由 App 自动上传给我们。
The current app contains no advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information or upload control commands or pairing records to developer servers. The app is not designed to collect contacts, photos, microphone recordings or precise location. The operating system may retain local operational and error logs; the app does not automatically upload these logs to us.
TestFlight 测试 / TestFlight testing
通过 TestFlight 测试时，Apple 会按其 TestFlight 条款处理并向开发者提供崩溃日志和使用情况数据。测试邀请或你主动提交的反馈还可能包含姓名、邮箱、设备及系统信息、截图和评论，具体取决于邀请方式和提交内容。我们仅将收到的信息用于管理测试、排查故障、改进 App 和回复反馈。请勿在反馈或截图中包含密码、配对凭据或不希望分享的演示内容。Apple 的处理方式适用其隐私政策及 TestFlight 条款。
When you test through TestFlight, Apple processes and provides crash logs and usage data to the developer under its TestFlight terms. Invitations and feedback you submit may also include your name, email address, device and system information, screenshots and comments, depending on how you join and what you submit. We use information received only to administer testing, investigate issues, improve the app and respond to feedback. Do not include passwords, pairing credentials or presentation content you do not wish to share. Apple’s processing is governed by its privacy policy and TestFlight terms.
网站访问 / Website visits
网站使用浏览器本地存储记住中英文选择，清除网站数据可重置该偏好。网站本身不加入广告跟踪或第三方行为分析脚本。Cloudflare 为网站提供托管、安全与内容分发服务，可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器信息等访问数据，以交付页面和保护服务。其处理方式适用 Cloudflare 的隐私政策。
The website uses browser local storage to remember your language preference; clearing site data resets it. The website itself does not add advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics scripts. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and content delivery and may process IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver pages and protect the service. Its processing is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
保留、删除与选择 / Retention, deletion and choices
本地设置与配对记录在使用期间保留，可通过 App 提供的解除绑定功能移除相应绑定；卸载后的偏好或系统备份可能仍由操作系统保留。你可在系统设置中撤回蓝牙或设备控制权限，相关功能会因此受限。开发者收到的测试反馈和诊断信息仅在测试、支持和问题处理所需期间保留，或按法律要求保留；不再需要时删除或去除可识别信息。你可联系我们申请访问、更正或删除由我们控制的个人信息。Apple 和 Cloudflare 控制的数据需按其渠道申请处理。
Local settings and pairing records remain during use; available unpairing controls remove the corresponding binding. Preferences or system backups may remain after uninstalling, as managed by the operating system. You can revoke Bluetooth or device-control permissions in system settings, which limits the related features. We retain received testing feedback and diagnostics only as needed for testing, support and issue resolution, or as legally required, then delete or de-identify them. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we control. Requests concerning data controlled by Apple or Cloudflare should be made through their channels.

我们将访问测试反馈和诊断信息的范围限制在处理这些事项所需的人员，不用于广告营销。除提供上述服务、遵守法律要求或保护合法权利所必需外，不向其他第三方披露。任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。
We limit access to testing feedback and diagnostics to those who need it for these purposes and do not use it for advertising. We do not disclose it to other third parties except as needed to provide the services described above, comply with law or protect lawful rights. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
